KRWQ Launch: Bringing the Korean Won On-Chain
October marked a major milestone for IQ AI with the launch of KRWQ - the first fiat-backed, multichain stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Korean Won (KRW). Developed in collaboration with Frax, KRWQ brings the won on-chain for the first time and is now live on Base, Coinbaseโs Ethereum Layer-2 network.
As the first tradeable KRW stablecoin with liquidity on Aerodrome and the first multichain KRW asset built on LayerZeroโs OFT standard, KRWQ represents a key step toward compliant, interoperable stablecoin infrastructure. The launch has been covered by The Block and Cointelegraph.
What KRWQ Represents
KRWQ is a fully fiat-backed stablecoin designed for institutional use and compliant DeFi growth. Every token is backed 1:1 by reserves, providing secure, transparent exposure to the Korean won across multiple blockchains.
Why Itโs a Milestone
- First of Its Kind: The first on Base, the first tradeable, and the first multichain Korean won stablecoin - launching with the KRWQ-USDC pair on Aerodrome.
- Multichain by Design: Powered by LayerZeroโs OFT standard and Stargate Bridge for unified, zero-slippage cross-chain liquidity.
- Compliance-Ready: Structured with forthcoming Korean stablecoin regulation in mind, following the fiat-backed model pioneered by Frax under the U.S. Genius Act.
- Deep Liquidity Support: BrainDAO, managing over $40M in assets, will help expand KRWQ liquidity and establish the first deep on-chain won market on Base.
By connecting traditional finance to DeFi, KRWQ introduces one of Asiaโs core currencies to the blockchain, setting a new benchmark for transparency, interoperability, and compliance in the global stablecoin ecosystem.

ADK-TS Hackathon Results
After four weeks of intense building, the ADK-TS Hackathon 2025 has officially concluded, and the results are in. A total of 122 developers from around the world joined the challenge, producing 50 submissions, with 34 projects advancing to the final judging round. The creativity and technical depth on display made choosing the winners a true challenge. Three standout teams took home $1,000 each in stablecoins, recognized for pushing the limits of whatโs possible with the ADK-TS (Agent Development Kit for TypeScript) framework.
The hackathon, hosted on DoraHacks, ran from September 25 to October 23 and invited builders to create AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and Web3 integrations using ADK-TS.
A full list of winners, rewards, and detailed descriptions of the winning projects can be found in our dedicated blog post.
ADK-TS Builder Workshop
In the final stretch of the ADK-TS Hackathon 2025, IQ AI hosted its Builder Workshop on October 17, a live demo session designed to help participants refine and deploy their projects before the submission deadline. The workshop covered the full pipeline of agent development, from organizing a clean, modular project structure and connecting workflow agents with proper state management to integrating a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and deploying finalized builds ready for judging. Participants also had their most common questions addressed, from โDid I structure my project correctly?โ to โWhatโs the cleanest way to deploy before submission?โ
Those who couldnโt attend live were able to watch the full replay, available on our YouTube channel.
ProtonTerminal is Tokenizing Their DeFi Agent on the IQโs ATP
In October, ProtonTerminal announced plans to tokenize their DeFi agent on the Agent Tokenization Platform (ATP). The project aims to build the smart wallet agent of the future, combining autonomous execution with seamless on-chain intelligence.
ProtonTerminal will soon launch with an $IQ trading pair, marking its official entry into the growing network of tokenized agents built through IQ AI. In an AMA with Jae from FraxFeed, the ProtonTerminal founder shared why his team chose IQ AIโs ATP as their launchpad and how this collaboration advances the broader vision of decentralized, intelligent finance.

Partnerships
AIDEN Integrations
AIDEN has been integrated into over 250 protocols' Telegram and Discord groups, like Frax Finance, which customized the bot with their specific documentation. In October, AIDEN was integrated by projects including JOIN Ecosystem, Seedli Capital, TDX, Abey Foundation, and Lattery. These integrations show the growing adoption of AIDEN and its versatility across various platforms.
IQ.wiki
In October, IQ.wiki saw the onboarding of several innovative projects, enriching the platform's ecosystem. These new additions include Novastro, a modular RWAfi layer powered by AI; Zetarium, a decentralized ecosystem designed to connect traditional finance with the digital economy through blockchain-based infrastructure; Stempoint, a globally distributed AI infrastructure platform, providing unified API access and decentralized GPU compute; Maximize AI, an EVM-native access layer designed to connect users and decentralized applications with the Bittensor decentralized AI network, and MechaOS, a decentralized robotics operating system connecting machines, wallets and compute into one trustless global infrastructure. In addition, projects like EVX Protocol and ActionModel also added their IQ.wiki pages to their homepage interface.
